The ultra-bright Black Diamond Spot headlamp supplies far-reaching illumination for your outdoor adventures.
Housed in a reflector, the one-watt HyperBright LED throws a far-reaching beam. When all you need is close-range lighting, switch modes and use the three SuperBright LEDs which emit usable light for over 100 hours. A single switch on top lets you choose from four lighting levels for both modes—min, mid, max and strobe—to tailor the light output to your needs. Designed with a winter user in mind, the Spot’s switch is easily operable with gloves.
Tiltable head puts the light where you need it. Removable headband adds versatility for removing or replacing the headband. Like all BD headlamps, the Spot is fully stormproof.

*Waterproof to IPX 4 standards. This lamp has been tested to the IPX-4 waterproof standard. It will continue to function when subjected to water spray at any angle. This does not include salt spray or high-alkalinity fluids. It is normal for water to enter the lamp and battery housings. Battery life will be diminished, however, the lamp will function. If properly dried, this wetness will not affect the lamp. DO NOT STORE YOUR LAMP WET: remove battery cover, batteries, focus ring and reflector; and allow the housings to air dry thoroughly.
